We raised a few Embden Geese for 2010 Christmas holidays and all in all, they did quite well! So we thought we give it a go again this year.

I'll let you know more details on the website at a later date, but I wanted to let you know, so you can plan for your holidays! Available in December 2011 at a price of $8.50 / lb. Last year they averaged around 8.5 lbs.

Butcher date is 12/22 with farm pickup times on Wednesday 12/22, Thursday 12/23 and Friday 12/24.
